The goal with the graduation project was to create a concept and design that truly represent who you are as a person. 

I combined my passion for food with a place close to my heart, Jämtland. The result became Klev Food Studios, a fictional restaurant in Klövsjö, a small village in northern Sweden. It offers a unique dining experience that invites visitors on a journey through the nature and cuisine of Jämtland.

Klövsjö is said to originate from the word 'Klev', which means 'steep mountain wall'. And right there, the restaurant is situated, between the slopes to the east and the mountains to the west. Klev's visual concept is derived from nature and its surroundings, vast snowy expanses are represented by white spaces, while stripped-down typography and minimalistic design reflect the pure mountain air and crisp cold. As a contrast, Klev's symbol was created, a 'K', inspired by the shape of the mountains and peaks surrounding Klövsjö.
